罹患躁鬱症的患者，會有情感過度高漲或過於低落現象，傳統中醫而言，就將躁鬱症分成躁症、鬱症，像是鬱症就常見有肝氣鬱結型和心脾兩虛型，以心脾兩虛型來說，患者容易有多夢易醒、心悸、健忘等症狀，至於躁症則分成痰火擾心型和陰虛火旺型較為常見，其中像是痰火擾心型屬於體型較胖，容易有倦怠、性情急躁等症狀。

**透過中醫調理 有效舒緩躁鬱症**

躁鬱症多發生在季節交替時期，又以春天為好發時期；醫師李聰界, 鹿東基督教醫院中醫科主治指出，中醫治療方面，可採用疏肝解鬱的方式治療調理，像是合歡皮、川楝子、蓮子等藥材，都是不錯選擇，加上配合穴位按摩和運動，就能有效甩開躁鬱症找上門。

**情緒起伏不定 按摩穴道舒緩情緒**

李聰界說明，在按摩穴道上，可針對內關穴位和太衝穴位做按摩，能幫助緩解緊張情緒造成的胃腸問題，幫助疏肝解鬱的作用，建議可用拇指按壓至感到痠脹感即可，至少各按壓30秒較佳，另外也可透過泡保健茶飲，像是玫瑰、百合、浮小麥等藥材，做為日常茶飲，有助於舒緩情緒壓力。

**家人易情緒化 親友應多留意並協助就醫**

包括玫瑰花茶或寧心安神茶等，都是不錯的寧神安躁茶飲；出現相關躁鬱症症狀時，可盡早尋求中醫師調理，並求助於精神科醫師，身邊親朋好友也應多留意，及早發現介入治療，才能避免影響日常生活及身心健康。
