#  如何使頭髮烏黑亮麗？中醫師建議食療方

中醫認為，髮為血之餘，腎之華在髮，如果容易掉髮且會早生白髮，往往是因為氣血不足所引起；所以，要想使頭髮烏黑亮麗，就要從調養氣血做起。中醫師建議，除了可服用中藥調氣血之外，平常也可吃一些護髮的食物，而且也要慎用洗髮產品。

**血盛髮潤，血衰髮衰**

一般人大約有10萬根頭髮，平均1個月會長1公分，有不少人會突然長出很多白髮，甚至也有人在大病一場之後，或是在生產之後，大量掉髮。依據中醫理論則是認為，主要還在於「血盛則髮潤、血衰則髮衰」，因為血液循環不良，造成毛囊沒有足夠的養分，進而使得黑髮變白髮，甚至導致頭髮提早掉落。

**何首烏+核桃+腰果+黑芝麻**

想要多生華髮，使頭髮烏黑亮麗，中醫多建議要調氣血，除了服用中藥之外，平常飲食也有方可循。中醫師賴鎮源表示，可多吃些何首烏，平常煮湯時添加，對於預防白髮早生會有幫助；此外，也可多吃些核桃、腰果與黑芝麻，也可以使頭髮烏黑亮麗。

**選用天然成分洗髮產品**

清潔頭髮的產品也應該要有所選擇，以免不當的髪品傷害頭皮，進而容易掉髮，也會傷害髮質，甚至易於早生白髮。賴鎮源醫師即建議，最好是選擇天然成分的洗髮產品，不要用含有化學成分的洗髮精。由於生活作息也會影響頭髮的生長，因此正常的睡眠時間、不要熬夜、保持愉快的心情，以及均衡飲食和適當的運動，也都是想要使頭髮烏黑亮麗很重要的原則。
