#  酪梨脂肪含量高 一顆就有一碗飯熱量

酪梨 (酪梨，又稱牛油果，油梨，樟梨，鱷梨。) 含有豐富的營養成分，包括有維生素A、C、E，以及礦物質和酚酸類物質，但是由於酪梨脂肪含量高，一顆酪梨就大約每天脂肪攝取量的半數之多，熱量也相當於一碗飯；所以，想要吃酪梨養生，可得要適量。

**酪梨屬於油脂類**

林怡辰, 營養師-台北市立聯合醫院仁愛院區營養科表示，酪梨含有單元不飽和脂肪酸近五成，多元不飽和脂肪酸二成二，以及飽和脂肪酸近三成；所以，以食物代換而言，酪梨是屬於油脂類，而以一天脂肪攝取量16克而言，一顆酪梨的油脂就大約是一天的半數之多。

**一顆酪梨熱量245卡**

油脂含量高，熱量就驚人！林怡辰指出，一顆酪梨大約300至400公克，熱量就有245卡，就相當於一碗白飯的熱量；因此，即使是酪梨含有豐富的營養成分，也應該要適量攝取，以免吃進過多熱量，一天只吃半顆的酪梨較適宜。

**有豐富Omega-3脂肪酸**

至於酪梨所含有的營養成分對健康有何好處？林怡辰營養師說，酪梨所含有的單元不飽和脂肪酸含量高，因此有豐富Omega-3脂肪酸，對於心血管具有保護效果；還有維生素A、C、E，以及酚酸類和植化物，可以抗氧化和具有解毒功能。
