#  均衡飲食健康吃 進餐順序有學問

飲食和健康有很大的關係，每天要均衡飲食，攝取各大營養成分，才能使身體健康；然而，是否每餐所吃的食物也必須要有順序，才能吃得健康呢？營養師說，「yes」！但也必須要依個人體質做調整。

**太陽下山以前吃水果**

中醫認為，水果屬性偏涼；所以，每天吃水果的時間，最好是在太陽下山以前就要吃，不要等到太陽下山後吃，以免身體會過於寒涼。營養師袁毓瑩則是指出，身體內分泌確實是有其固定時間，胰島素在晚上6點以後，就會下班，如果在晚上6點後吃水果，是會使胰臟超時工作，進而使得代謝大亂。

**空腹吃水果不是通則**

也有醫師建議，最好是在空腹時就吃水果，才是健康之道；袁毓瑩營養師表示，空腹吃水果，確實是身體對於醣類代謝較好，但是也要看個人體質是否適合，如果空腹吃水果出現容易打嗝等身體不適症狀，就不宜在空腹時吃水果。也就是說，空腹吃水果並不是通則，而是要以身體的反應為主，當空腹吃水果出現血糖波動較大，而且又有胃不舒服的現象，就不要在空腹吃水果。

**進餐時應該先喝湯？**

不少營養師會建議，要在吃飯前半小時先喝一杯水，而且進餐時應該要先喝湯，才不容易變胖；對此，袁毓瑩表示，飯前喝水或是進餐時先喝湯，會將胃液沖淡，會幫助消化以及減少吃東西，但對於胃不好的人，會容易脹氣及打嗝，若是胃腸不好，會有此症狀出現，就不建議這樣進食方式。

**好消化的食物先吃**

袁毓瑩進一步指出，食物有其本質與屬性，而在進食時應以好消化的食物先吃，其中最好消化的是蔬菜、水果與米飯，大約一個半小時，其次是奶類與起司大約二至三小時，肉類脂肪最久，需要五至六小時。依據理論，在進餐時可以觀察身體的變化，使食物能夠充分消化，才會有益健康。
