#  薏仁降血脂膽固醇 美白抗癌小尖兵

全臺曾瘋喝紅豆水消水腫，若要比消水腫的效果，其實薏仁比紅豆好，不但可以去除體內的溼氣，還可以消水腫，促進血液循環，改善下半身水腫。

酷熱夏天，不少人吃冰、瓜果消暑，但夏天吃過多的冰品、瓜果，加上天天待在冷氣房，體內溼氣不易排除，當季節轉換時，容易出現蕁麻疹和溼疹等皮膚疾病，建議夏天時多吃薏仁去溼，預防秋冬皮膚病找上門。

夏天氣候炎熱，汗流浹背，最容易發生夏季性溼疹，從中醫角度來看，溼疹是體質偏溼熱，加上外感風邪，風溼熱邪相搏，浸淫肌膚。主要好發於體質弱、抵抗力低的老人、小孩，身體多痰多溼的肥胖者、愛吃冰的人，因身體運化水溼的脾胃功能受損，也成為溼疹好發族群。

有溼疹困擾的人，夏天可多吃薏仁綠豆湯，綠豆可清熱解毒，而薏仁可去除體內的溼氣、消水腫、美白潤膚。現代營養學研究發現，每天吃六十克的薏仁，可降低血脂及膽固醇， 至於是膳食纖維發生功效，抑或是其他機轉，目前仍無法確定。

幾年前， 日本流行吃薏仁養生，他們認為，薏仁不但蛋白質含量高，含有豐富的膳食纖維，多吃可降血脂， 預防心血管疾病。日本還將薏仁視為抗癌小尖兵，他們認為，平常多吃薏仁，可預防大腸癌的發生。

而若秋冬兩季易出現關節腫痛，依據《神農本草經》記載：「薏仁主治筋急拘攣，不可屈伸，風溼痹。」有此困擾的人也可多吃薏仁，緩解疼痛。

薏仁是藥材也是食材。古籍記載，薏仁性微寒，有健脾去溼、消腫之功效，色白入肺，所以多吃薏仁具有潤膚美白的功效。由於薏仁具有去溼之功效，因此溼疹患者夏天可多吃薏仁，可緩解症狀。薏仁還可以調節腸胃功能，容易拉肚子的人，平常可適度吃一些薏仁，便祕的人則最好少吃。

這樣吃薏仁最健康： 網路流傳，吃薏仁可減肥，不少愛美女性信以為真，結果愈吃愈胖。薏仁跟米飯一樣也是主食，可別以為用薏仁取代米飯就不會讓人發胖，薏仁的熱量跟白米飯不相上下，民眾如果想要吃綠豆薏仁美白、降火氣，就要減少米飯的攝取量，才不會吃進過多的熱量。
