#  喝葡萄酒有益健康 一天以300CC為限

由於葡萄酒中所含有的成分有益健康，以致很多人會有喝葡萄酒的習慣；不過，營養師提醒，葡萄酒喝多了也會醉，要喝葡萄酒促進健康，一天也以300CC為限。

**含有豐富多酚類及白藜蘆醇**

近年來，喝葡萄酒的人口逐年上升，主要還在於葡萄酒中含有很多有益健康的成分；台安醫院營養師劉怡里表示，由於紅葡萄酒含有多酚類以及白藜蘆醇，都是很好的抗氧化物，可以有益心血管，並且能夠抗癌。

**女性150CC男性300CC**

然而，酒喝多了就不健康了，雖然是葡萄酒，也不宜喝多；劉怡里營養師建議，一天大約喝150至300CC為宜，女性喝150CC，男性可喝到300CC，若是平常有喝啤酒或是烈酒習慣者，可以改喝葡萄酒，會比較健康。

**有脂肪肝就不適合喝酒**

不過，對於有肝病或是癌症的病人，就不適合喝酒了。劉怡里營養師強調，由於每1公克的酒精就是7大卡，對於有脂肪肝的病人而言，往往會使得三酸甘脂增加，所以就不適宜喝酒，即使是葡萄酒也不可以喝；至於癌友在治療痊癒後偶爾可以喝，但也以喝一、二口為限。

**連皮帶籽葡萄汁也有益健康**

劉怡里營養師認為，喝葡萄酒不如喝葡萄汁，因為喝酒很容易過量，尤其是喝酒往往是在歡樂的氣氛下，很容易因為高興就喝多了；與其食用有缺點的葡萄酒，不如喝葡萄汁，但要連皮帶籽一起打汁，才能吃到有益健康的成分。 飲酒過量有害健康！
