#  糖友遠離脂肪肝 少吃多動是關鍵

**糖尿病控制如何 看脂肪肝輕重就知道**

脂肪肝的輕重程度可做為糖尿病控制是否良好的指標；林款帶指出，糖尿病患者若血糖控制不良，長時間處於不正常的高血糖狀態，就會造成三酸甘油酯積在肝內，造成脂肪肝，也就是囤積在肝的脂肪超過肝臟重量5%。

**掌握少油少糖 有效控制血糖**

林款帶進一步說，想要甩開脂肪肝，最重要就是要少吃多動，進而有效控制血糖，除了減少攝取熱量、糖和油脂等攝取，尤其要減少已經過量的三酸甘油酯，可多選擇低升糖係數的食物和品質良好的好油取代平常飲食，降低累積肝內脂肪，另外每天最好持續半小時以上的有氧運動，像是快走、慢跑、騎腳踏車等，都是不錯消耗熱量的運動選擇。

長期吃多加上運動不足恐會埋下罹患第二型糖尿病和脂肪肝的危險因子，因此絕不能輕忽嚴重性；林款帶呼籲，肝長時間泡浸在過高的血糖中，脂肪肝很容易就找上門，只要養成良好的飲食習慣，且配合運動，糖尿病患者不僅能有效維持血糖，也能遠離脂肪肝問題。
