#  天氣冷颼颼 營養師教健康吃火鍋

天氣冷颼颼，許多民眾都會吃熱呼呼的火鍋，但火鍋吃太多不只會攝取過多熱量,吃錯食材或調味料可能有害健康，得不償失。

吃火鍋如果沒有火鍋料，就不像吃火鍋了，例如餃類一半以上的熱量來自脂肪，若以一鍋4人份的鍋底，再加上牛肉片、豬肉片、油條、丸子等食材，幾乎等同吃下10碗飯，約3000卡左右的熱量。

營養師建議，火鍋湯頭可以選擇較健康的蔬菜鍋、昆布鍋或番茄鍋等等，食材就是要選擇新鮮的蔬菜，肉類選擇上，則多以瘦肉、雞肉、魚肉等，取代梅花肉，能幫助減少脂肪攝取。

另外，沙茶醬也是熱量相當高的調味料，最好別吃太多，才不會在冷颼颼的冬天養出一身肥肉。
