#  年節大魚大肉！？ 中醫師教您健康防守

春節即將到來，家家戶戶不免大辦年貨，準備琳瑯滿目的食品，餐桌上滿是海鮮、大魚大肉鋪張迎新年。除了團圓享受佳餚，年節出遊在外大啖外食也少不了，要怎麼吃才能避免造成身體負擔或腸胃不適等症狀？

資深中醫師李政育表示，**掌握「多蔬果、多纖維、多運動；少鹽、少油、少糖」的“三多三少”準則**來為健康把關，如家中有心血管疾病的長輩更要嚴守原則。

過往經驗，每年只要一到春節期間，急診門診病患就會提升約三成左右，其中不免因暴飲暴食造成的腸胃不適、上吐下瀉等因素送醫，此外因患有高血壓、心臟病等慢性疾病之患者，在大魚大肉後造成血壓標高送醫的也不在話下，近幾年更出現不少患者因為飲酒過量，加上情緒高亢、熬夜無眠，年節日夜溫差大所引發心肌梗塞而暴斃的青壯年案例。為能順利歡樂過好年，醫界專家都呼籲民眾，年節歡慶適可而止，別過度放縱，飲食最好維持七、八分飽就好。

李政育中醫師說明，現代人因外食多，飲食不受控，造成受到慢性病如糖尿病、高血壓、痛風以及肥胖症所苦者不知凡幾。據統計，年節期間，每個人可能平均增加1.7公斤的數據來看，如不在短時間內調整體內基礎定點，身體機能將可能在潛移默化中，習慣新的飲食習慣，不自覺地導致肥胖。此外，研究發現，暴飲暴食後2小時發生心臟病的危險機率增加4倍，因此當在飲食後如出現頭暈、腸胃不適、胸悶氣急、腹瀉或便秘等現象，就必須多加注意，適度休息，症狀重者應盡快就醫，進行正確處理，以防延誤。

中醫師李政育也提醒，掌握食物均衡選擇的原則，務必記得細嚼慢嚥，以免假期愈長，血糖、血脂肪及體重愈高。年節期間除了蔬果的攝取、食材的新鮮掌控，水份補充更不可少，享受美味佳餚後，可用紫蘇葉、生薑、陳皮和山楂熬煮簡單中藥茶飲，幫助消化和消脹氣，減緩腸胃脹氣、幫助消化。
