#  膽固醇攝取無上限？ 一天一顆雞蛋為宜

美國最新發布的「2015-2020飲食指南」中，取消對膽固醇攝取量的建議，這是否意味著可以隨意吃含有膽固醇的食物呢？營養師建議，一天以吃一顆雞蛋的量為宜。

**飽和脂肪酸影響人體血脂肪更大**

有很多研究發現，膽固醇指數對健康影響不大，反而是飽和脂肪酸影響人體的血脂肪更大，因而美國的「2015-2020飲食指南」，才會建議取消對膽固醇攝取量的建議，但卻要注意飽和脂肪的攝取量，而飽和脂肪含量高的則是肉類，至於膽固醇含量高的食物除了雞蛋之外，還有內臟、海鮮魚卵、烏魚子等。

**雞蛋是很好的營養來源**

想要身體健康，應該要均衡攝取營養，蛋白質也不可少；蔡玲貞, 台灣營養師公會全國聯合會理事長指出，尤其是老年人，因為牙齒不好，再加上消化與吸收功能減退，其實雞蛋是很好的營養來源，千萬不要忌諱食用，不只是要吃蛋白，也應該要吃蛋黃，一天吃一顆雞蛋有益健康。

**心血管疾病與糖尿病患者二天吃一顆雞蛋**

所以，對於含有膽固醇食物是否就沒有上限呢？蔡玲貞理事長強調，如果本身總膽固醇值在正常值200以內，一天是可以吃一顆雞蛋，總膽固醇值達到260或是300，以二天吃一顆雞蛋為宜，低密度膽固醇超過130正常值，則是一天也不要超過一個雞蛋。對於有心血管疾病與糖尿病的患者，要攝取含有膽固醇的食物則是要限量，因為心血管疾病與糖尿病都是血管性疾病，攝取膽固醇食物就要限量，應該以二天吃一顆蛋為宜。
