愛喝茶嗎？很多人都愛喝茶，因為喝茶有益健康，尤其是綠茶含有豐富的兒茶素，由於有助於抗癌，進而受到愛喝茶的人青睞；但是，也有研究指出，喝茶不能喝過量，否則反而會致癌。營養師則是建議，想喝茶，最好是自己泡來喝，不要買現成的喝。

**兒茶素有助於抗癌**

茶葉含有多種成分，最為人所熟知的就是綠茶中所含的兒茶素；根據研究顯示，兒茶素有助於抗癌，而且無論哪種茶葉，對動物的化學致癌性或移植性腫瘤，都有不同程度的預防作用。

**兒茶素濃度太高會對DNA造成傷害**

有研究發現，如果攝取兒茶素濃度太高，就會對DNA造成傷害，而DNA損傷與細胞癌變有密切相關性；可見過猶不及，凡事不可過量。此外，喝茶的水溫也不可太高，否則也會有害食道，可能因此而造成食道受傷，引發食道癌。

**一天所攝取茶葉有限**

成大醫院腎臟專科營養師吳紅蓮表示，喝茶好處很多，一天所攝取的茶葉也很有限，自己買茶葉泡來喝，要比買現成的茶健康；尤其是珍珠奶茶，既不知水有沒有煮開，再加上果糖會使內臟細胞感染發炎萎縮，這都是造成癌症的重要原因，不得不慎！
