冬令適合養臟時節，不過像是三高民眾，最好以溫補食材進補，才能避免傷身，達到養生效果；開業診所營養師林俐岑指出，像是山藥就是不錯的溫補食材，以傳統中醫而言，屬於上等藥材，像是四神湯等，就是利用薏苡仁、蓮子、芡實及山藥等藥材，互補加乘的溫補湯品，適合冬令養生。

**山藥可取代主食 適量攝取即可**

山藥的營養價值高，每100公克就有73大卡的熱量，還富含維生素C、湖羅波素等營養；林俐岑說，不過山藥屬於全穀根莖類，可取代部分主食，每110公克的山藥約為一份主食，也就是1/4碗白飯，因此尤其像是糖尿病患者就要注意，避免把山藥當成蔬菜大量食用。

**山藥磨成泥 有助消化整腸**

處理山藥的方式很多，若磨成泥或切成絲，可攝取到富含消化酵素的黏液，有助於消化整腸，且因富含水溶性膳食纖維緣故，容易有飽足感，也能有效幫助血糖或體重的管理，不過患有腎臟的民眾也要酌量食用，因山藥屬於高鉀食物，吃多恐造成負擔。

不過像是更年期婦女，可多食用山藥料理，有效舒緩熱潮紅、脾氣暴躁等症狀，尤其市面上更有紫山藥出現，比起白山藥更富含花青素，具有抗氧化效果，能預防老年失智、動脈硬化等益處，也可適量食用；林俐岑提醒，不過任何食材都應適量攝取即可，避免反造成身體負擔。
