**壓力是動力也是阻力**

人不能沒有壓力，適當的壓力，是向上提升的動力；但是，壓力也要獲得舒解，否則，壓力太大，有可能導致疾病上身。台北市立聯合醫院中醫師謝明憲即表示，平常飲食均衡，以及生活作息正常，可以防止疾病上身；然而，越來越多的人卻因為無形的壓力，讓自己累得喘不過氣來，致使無法正常的生活，進而引起疾病。

**想要舒壓有方法可依循**

對於工作或是課業上所出現的壓力，該如何緩解呢？謝明憲中醫師指出，想要舒壓，其實有方法可依循，平常除了可以多運動、多散步之外；也可多聽些舒壓的音樂，並可在飲食上採取較清淡的食物，不要吃太過刺激的食物，都可以減緩身心壓力。

**玫瑰花香氣也可舒壓**

此外，若是真的有因為工作或是課業繁重，導致壓力太大，並出現不適的症狀，謝明憲建議，可以服用理氣用藥如柴胡與佛手，而在平常也可飲用玫瑰花茶，藉由玫瑰花的香氣，也可達到舒壓，擁有好心情。
