#  少碰甜食 防癌還可避免三高

根據統計，十大死因前三名分別為癌症、心臟病與腦血管疾病；這三大疾病的出現，都是和飲食有很大的關係。營養師建議，想要防癌以及避免三高所引起的心臟病及腦血管疾病，最好是少碰甜食。

**糖會促使腫瘤生長**

最新研究發現，癌症可能是一種新陳代謝疾病；有別於正常細胞是以有氧呼吸途徑產生能量，癌細胞僅以少量的葡萄糖進行有氧代謝途徑，其餘大部分的葡萄糖都進行糖解作用，變成乳酸，從而促使腫瘤生長。

**糖會使身體慢性發炎**

所以，由此研究顯示，癌症患者吃太多糖，會使腫瘤快速生長。看到很多年輕人都經常是人手一杯手搖杯含糖飲料；劉怡里, 台安醫院營養師特別提醒，含糖飲料喝太多，會使身體呈現慢性發炎現象，而且容易發胖。所以，想要防癌，最好是少碰含糖飲料，避免發胖。

**防癌防三高還須吃好油**

拒絕含糖飲料，避免發胖，還可減少出現三高的危險，進而減少發生心臟病以及腦血管疾病；劉怡里並表示，除了少碰含糖飲料，也應少吃甜點，並在油脂的攝取上，也應該以植物油為宜，或是堅果，都是較好的油脂，不要攝取動物性油脂，不但較不會發胖，也可防癌，還可以預防心血管疾病。
