今年雖然是暖冬，但趁著進入冬天季節適合補氣養身；鄧正梁, 開業中醫診所院長指出，春夏屬於陽長陰消，可幫助補陽氣，至於秋冬為陰長陽消，這時可陪補陰氣，因陰虛人內火大，趁秋冬之際可幫助恢復人體陰陽平衡。

**選對時間曬太陽 調理陰虛體質**

若屬於陰虛體質者，建議冬季時節可多喝溫水，也可多吃像是雪梨、海參等養陰食物；鄧正梁說，尤其冬天太陽最溫暖，可把握早上十點到下午兩點陽氣旺期間，適量曬太陽，飲食上也可多食用羊肉燉蘿蔔、雞肉燉生薑等溫性食品。

**枸杞核桃補身 增強抵抗力**

在冬季也非常適合養腎，可利用枸杞、山藥、何首烏燉肉等藥膳養腎，因腎貯藏精氣，也可多吃雞湯、骨頭湯或核桃、桑葚、黑棗等幫助腎藏精，若常怕冷或感冒，可多吃枸杞、核桃等補身，若是出現頻尿不禁問題，則可燉些豬膀胱來吃。

另外，若腎氣不足也容易腦空怔忡、腦空怔忡，這時可多補充芝麻、松子、腰果、花生等幫助補腦，也可多吃黑木耳燉豬腰、枸杞燉鱉等，有效補氣養耳；鄧正梁提醒，把握冬季時節，透過食材或藥膳適量進補，有效達到養身效果。
