婦女懷孕該怎麼吃？網路、民間說法眾說紛紜。醫師認為，避免菸酒、生食、加工食品，飲食維持清淡、均衡是原則，所有的食物都沒有絕對的併發症或副作用，掌握「淺嚐即止」就可以。

**孕婦應少吃冰冷食物 避吃內臟類**

開業診所李佳珩醫師表示，民間流傳或家中長輩的說法不一定正確，薏仁、黃連、蘆薈…等一般認為屬於「涼性」的食物，孕婦吃了恐怕會流產，但是，只要不要吃太多，偶而吃也可以。另外，中醫也分有溫補、平補、涼補等用法，每個人的體質不同，如果想用中藥材進補，應由中醫師開立處方較恰當。

有人認為，孕婦吃豬肝可能會導致血塊溶解，造成出血或早產。李佳珩指出，豬肝屬於內臟類的食材，可能會有較多的抗生素，建議孕婦還是不要太常吃。懷孕媽媽須少吃冰冷的食物，生食容易細菌污染或有寄生蟲，加上孕婦抵抗力較弱，嚴重可能將毒素透過胎盤傳給胎兒，過去曾發生過有孕婦因生食肉類而感染弓形蟲病，造成胎兒畸形的案例。冰涼食物下肚，可能造成血管收縮，引發子宮收縮的錯覺。

**懷孕初期多吃富葉酸食材 中期多吃鈣和鐵**

為了滿足胎兒成長所需，孕婦在初期多吃些深綠色蔬菜、蘆筍、柑橘類水果等富含葉酸的食材，可以幫助寶寶的神經管發育；中後期多吃些含鐵質、鈣質和DHA的食物，像是海鮮和貝類食物中就含有較多鐵質，豆奶、芝麻、小魚乾等含有鈣質，而魚油、海帶和堅果當中則有DHA，有助於胎兒腦部及神經發育，但是，如果來自深海魚類的魚油，就得要小心重金屬污染及EPA的問題，EPA會導致凝血功能下降，孕婦在產前不宜使用，否則可能造成生產時大出血。李佳珩醫師強調，所有的食物都沒有絕對的併發症或副作用，掌握「淺嚐即止」的原則就可以了。
