大家都深知香蕉富含多種營養素，受到許多民眾喜愛，日本女星深田恭子更是以香蕉當早餐，成功減掉12公斤。出過多本腸道書籍的松生恒夫醫師表示，因現代人習慣早餐吃少，晚餐卻吃飽，若改變晚上的飲食習慣，減肥效果更顯著，建議晚餐前食用2根香蕉，再喝200c.c的開水，產生飽足感，降低食慾後過半小時再開始吃正餐。10天瘦3公斤是可能做到的事。

**香蕉低卡 富含營養**

一根香蕉的熱量約86大卡，遠低於一碗250大卡的白飯，吃完後也有飽足感。最重要的是，香蕉有維生素B6、維生素C、鉀、鎂、礦物質等天然成分，能夠補充人體不足的營養素。英國的營養專家Katie Hiscock認為，對運動員或一般從事運動的人，香蕉確實是完美的食物，「香蕉一應俱全，不但食用方便，又富含營養。」此外，香蕉含有水溶性食物纖維及寡糖，增加腸道內益生菌的數量，提升免疫力。

**吃對香蕉 美容又瘦身**

香蕉亦含有非水溶性食物纖維，能刺激腸壁促進蠕動，幫助消除便秘。但是「綠色」香蕉富含抗性澱粉，難以被腸道消化，而且還含有鞣質，具有收斂性，這些要素雖有助改善拉肚子，卻無法幫助排便，反而有可能繼續便祕。 另外，香蕉富含鉀，鉀能幫助血壓穩定、同時預防運動時易產生的痙攣，不過醫師提醒，香蕉含鉀量高，會使血液中的鉀離子升高，降低尿量，提升酸血症、感染的機率，所以腎病患者要避免食用。晚上食用香蕉還有更多益處，入睡時（半夜11點到凌晨1點）我們體內分泌的生長激素分泌最旺盛，具有抗老化及燃脂的效果，香蕉中的「精氨酸」可以活化生長激素，幫助民眾美容、瘦身。
