許多愛美民眾總會買保養品好好保養自己，但其實很多食物就是最天然的美容保養品，透過飲食改變，不但能幫助美容，也能達到健康養生的效果；開業中醫診所院長鄧正梁指出，包括油菜、胡蘿蔔和黃瓜等，就富含豐富的營養素，屬於天然的美容養生食材。

**天然美容聖品 油菜幫助皮膚滋潤**

像是油菜，具有促進血液循環和消炎等作用，是十字花科芸薹屬草本植物；平時多吃油菜，不但能幫助解決便秘問題，對於皮膚紅腫、乳房發炎等都具療效，且最重要能讓皮膚滋潤細膩，達到美容效果。

**胡蘿蔔抗氧化 還能健脾胃**

另外像是具有健脾和胃、強壯補腎的**胡蘿蔔**，因含有槲皮素、山奈酚等，能幫助降低血脂，其中內含葉酸、木質素等營養，還具有防癌與抗癌作用，胡蘿蔔有抗氧化作用，對於皮膚乾燥、長斑或暗瘡等困擾的民眾，是相當好的食物，民眾不妨也可將胡蘿蔔和肉品一起燉煮，像是胡蘿蔔燉牛肉，能幫助健腦補腎。
