#  彩色丸子過立冬 寒熱分明才適合

這個周日就是傳統節氣裡的「立冬」，也有人稱之為「補冬」。陳中奎中醫師表示，氣虛、陰血虛以及氣滯都可能會是氣血失調原因。現代人營養來源多，所以，吃補更要應該適合自己體質，才不會引起反效果。

吃補要看體質 燥熱虛寒各有所需

陳中奎表示，一般人的體質可以簡單分成燥熱與虛寒兩種。其中燥熱體質的人，因為體內的陽氣熱氣被鬱住，無法送到四肢，平時可能會容易怕熱，或者有口乾舌燥、嘴破、便祕或痔瘡出血等症狀，所以，不適宜一昧的溫補。建議選用黃精、玉竹、首烏、晉耆、枸杞、麥冬、大棗等，滋陰補氣的藥材，涼補的方式更適合體質燥熱的民眾。

至於虛寒體質的人，因為本身陽氣不足，如果再加上長期吃冰或過度食用生冷食物加重體內寒氣，或者服用過量苦寒性質的清熱解毒草藥、草茶，最明顯的特徵就是，冬天一到就很容易手腳冰冷。所以，可以選用黨蔘、白朮、茯苓、炙甘草、當歸、川芎、熟地、白芍、肉桂、黃耆、淮七等，以十全大補湯的藥材為基底去做適當增減，用溫補的方式來達到補氣、補血、去寒的功效。

鄭安君營養師則表示，營養均衡就是最好的食補，她利用豆腐與荸薺當作基底，做成彩色丸子。豆腐本身具有豐富的蛋白質，可以提供人體運作必須的氨基酸，再加上玉米(黃色)；麻芛粉、毛豆仁(綠色)；胡蘿蔔(紅色)；黑木耳、香菇(黑色)；芋頭(紫色)等，富含膳食纖維、維生素、卵磷脂、不飽和脂肪酸等營養素，同時具備抗氧化、抗凝血、低熱量等好處。
