#  不吃糖就鬱悶嗎？ 小心你已糖上癮

為什麼小孩總吵著要吃糖？為什麼我們都說「不乖不給糖吃」？糖對孩子的誘惑真的這麼大嗎？

吃糖，可是會吃上癮的！林口長庚醫院營養師顏敏恆表示，許多研究發現，高度的加工食品、高糖等，會改變腦部的行為，進而引發「上癮」的行為，可說是成癮物質，讓人會產生慾望去吃它。不只是糖，像是披薩、巧克力、冰淇淋等高糖高脂的食物，都會使人上癮而不自知，原因就是這些都是「加工類食品」。

許多女性都有同樣的心聲，甜食是解悶良藥，不吃甜食就暴躁。顏敏恆營養師解釋，增加生活中糖份攝取，同時也在增加熱量，讓身體臟器代謝多餘的糖份，增加其負擔。但是，「嗜甜」不只是變胖這麼簡單而已，增加熱量除造成體重增加以外，也會增加血脂形成，包括三酸甘油脂以及低密度膽固醇（壞膽固醇），而當血脂增加就會提升心血管疾病的風險，造成血管阻塞，增加心肌梗塞與中風機率，若不幸罹患冠狀動脈心臟病，猝死的機率大增。

吃糖並無不可，適量的吃最聰明！曾有研究指出，對「糖」上癮的人，身體多有慢性發炎反應，像是過敏、氣喘、皮膚敏感與高血壓等症狀。顏敏恆指出，國際上曾有動物性實驗，發現高糖份會刺激動物的交感神經興奮，進而刺激腎素分泌，造成腎臟中的鈉離子滯留，增加血管阻力與血壓。然而，人體的構造又比動物更為精細、複雜，可想而知，人體產生的負面影響可能更多。

顏敏恆營養師說，目前國外許多流行病型態的研究都顯示，喜愛喝含糖飲料或愛吃甜點者，其血壓較平常選擇無糖飲品及多蔬果少甜點的人來得高，所以有血壓問題的人，平時應注意鹽份的攝取外，建議雙管齊下，控制糖分。
