吃好油不易囤積體脂肪！外國研究發現，攝取同量油脂，中鏈脂肪酸具有不易囤積體脂肪的效果。專家表示，中鏈脂肪酸可直接被人體吸收，快速轉換能量並代謝，就不容易囤積成脂肪。

一項日本研究，針對82位民眾，每天早上吃中鏈脂肪酸食用油製作的麵包，並控制午晚餐的總脂肪、總熱量攝取量，連續追蹤12星期，結果發現，其體脂肪囤積量，與食用調和油製作麵包者，明顯降低許多。

謝明哲，台北醫學大學保健營養學系講座教授指出，中鏈脂肪酸成份的食用油，與其他同量油品相比，中鏈脂肪酸可被人體快速吸收，直接送到肝臟進行分解，較快轉換成能量並代謝，具有不易囤積體脂肪的效果。

謝明哲強調，普通城市人每天油脂攝取量不宜超過2湯匙，約30克的量，攝取油脂量超過身體所需，會形成脂肪囤積體內，當體脂、內臟脂肪過高，會增加罹癌風險，建議日常飲食最好採取少油烹調、少吃油炸食物。
