#  含糖碳酸飲料 喝多肥胖老得快

愛喝飲料小心老得快！根據國外研究發現，每天喝含糖碳酸飲料，恐比同年齡的人老4歲。專家指出，含糖碳酸飲料的糖分、磷酸，以及添加物等，會加速人體老化，建議平時口渴時，喝白開水對身體健康最好。

美國加州大學舊金山分校2014年研究，針對20至65歲，共5300名成年人，進行含糖碳酸飲料對人體老化程度調查，結果發現，每天喝超過590毫升以上含糖碳酸飲料者，其細胞平均提早老化4.6年，成果已刊登於《美國公共衛生》。

許惠玉董氏基金會食品營養組主任指出，去年世界衛生組織將每日糖攝取建議量，由總熱量的10％下修為5％，以成人一天攝取2000大卡熱量作計算，每天糖攝取最好不超過25公克，但市售一瓶330毫升的碳酸飲料，約含36公克糖，遠超出標準。

糖分不是人體必須營養素，攝取過多會與體內的蛋白質結合，導致新陳代謝變慢，造成肌膚及身體老化；而碳酸飲料的磷酸，則會讓皮膚、肌肉失去活力，甚至導致心臟、腎臟鈣化受損，建議民眾多喝水才是最健康的選擇。
