大家都知道要擁有一口好牙齒，除了飯後刷牙、定期檢查牙齒外，在日常生活中，我們還能做什麼呢？牙醫師建議，你可以「啃一顆芭樂」！

郭俊良，台灣微創植牙醫學會理事醫師表示，越來越多研究發現，我們「吃」下的食物，也有可能會影養牙齒健康；因為食物中有些成分，可能會傷害琺瑯質、有些則是對牙齒有正面幫助，某些天然食物中的成分可對抗口腔細菌、強化琺瑯質、趕走口臭，讓牙齒更美麗。

維他命C是維護牙齦健康的最佳營養素，可間接的預防牙周病。然而，缺乏維他命C的人，可以在他們的口腔中發現牙周病細菌數較多、牙齦萎縮情況較嚴重、容易有牙齦出血、長膿包的症狀。

而一顆芭樂的維他命C含量高達150毫克，是衛福部每日建議量的一倍以上；所以，郭俊良醫師說，吃芭樂可以讓你的牙齒美白計畫事半功倍！多攝取維他命C不只可以身體健康，還能鞏固牙齒的根本，而容易引起蛀牙的糖類、糕餅類的食物盡量少吃。

郭俊良醫師建議，民眾要保持良好的口腔清潔習慣、一天至少刷兩次牙、定期至牙醫診所洗牙、用牙線清潔牙縫處，避免藏汙納垢，平時可多吃維他命Ｃ的蔬菜水果，才能擁有一口好牙！
