#  喝巫婆湯一周瘦四公斤 恐變成脂肪人

網路上流傳已久的七日可有效減重的「巫婆湯」，號稱一週至少可減重四公斤！許多有體重困擾的民眾，一看到「一週至少可減重四公斤」眼睛都亮了。究竟是否真的能有效減肥呢？讓營養師來告訴你。

李宜芳營養科技術長營養師表示，曾有肥胖者使用過「七日巫婆湯」減重法，短時間內確實有用，體重能快速下降。巫婆湯的內容物大致上大同小異，成分有青椒、高麗菜、蕃茄、洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、青蔥、西洋芹、雞湯(高湯罐)等，巫婆湯一碗的熱量大約為三百五十大卡左右，每天的熱量約八百大卡左右，是一種攝取極低熱量的減重方法。

攝取極低熱量的減重方法，短時間之內是一定會瘦的，但瘦得非常不健康！一來是因為這種方法，違反人體營養的需求，不容易持久外，也容易搞壞身體，還會復胖；二來，因長時間的低熱量飲食，無法提供足夠的能量供給身體使用，會導致臉色蒼白、缺乏精神之外，代謝能力也會下降。

像是代餐減肥、蘋果餐減重等方法能否幫助減重呢？李宜芳解釋，像是代餐、蘋果減重法，甚至是只吃蛋白質的食物，都不容易維持長久的輕盈體重，雖然短時間內瘦下來了，只要一恢復原來的飲食模式，馬上就會像吹氣球一樣胖起來了。

李宜芳表示，諸如此類的快速減重法，減掉的都不是該減的，像是水分、蛋白質等，當人的身體營養不夠時，身體為了要維持正常的機能，就會使用原本儲存在身體裡的肌肉，所以蛋白質與水分就會被拿來使用，而最該消失在身體裡的脂肪，卻頑固的守在身體裡，變成不折不扣的「脂肪人」！
