春節年假，民眾喜歡與親朋好友相聚、走春。尤其在冷颼颼的天氣，相約大啖麻辣鍋更是一大享受！餐後再相約喝杯咖啡、吃蛋糕，是女性最難抗拒的美食，醫師提醒，有胃食道逆流的患者要注意，大吃大喝可是會讓你「火燒心」！

中醫師陳彥仁表示，許多病患在遇到胃食道逆流的症狀，除了醫院就診，多數病患會自行到坊間藥局購買胃藥服用，但症狀暫時舒緩下來後，還是容易反覆發作。至於胃食道逆流症狀容易反反覆覆的原因，除了生理結構異常，需藉由手術來處理以外，大部分胃食道逆流症狀多與情緒、感染、飲食等生活習慣有關。在臨床上，常見許多患者是久病症狀反覆，門診時常主訴症狀時好時壞，平時沒發病可能不予理會，或自行服用成藥，往往病程日久，造成慢性胃炎，甚至影響到消化道的其他器官。

中醫觀點認為胃食道逆流常以虛證為主，表現多為胃嘈雜感、胸悶不痛、少氣懶言、便秘或便溏等症。治療多以理中湯、四君子湯、參苓白朮散溫中益氣健脾，使胃陽或脾陽恢復，好比胃或腸中老舊的馬達重新運轉。

陳彥仁醫師指出，現代人因為工作課業勞碌、繁忙、壓力大而引起的胃食道逆流，多為肝胃不和，治療上可以用四逆散、小柴胡湯等疏肝理氣，使胃氣運轉正常，好比排除卡住引擎的雜物；再搭配其他藥物如左金丸、金鈴子散瀉火止痛；甚至可以輔助西藥的制酸劑來控制症狀。除了透過藥材治療，三餐的定時定量定性非常重要，因身體有進食的生理時鐘，進食時間一到會自動分泌胃酸，所以最好能定時進食三餐，若因工作因素無法準時進食，可自備簡單乾糧，在應該進食的時間食用，避免胃酸侵害胃壁。

現代人取得食物非常容易，因此常常或有過量的情形，最好能維持吃飯8分飽。已經有胃食道逆流症狀的患者，對於一些刺激性的食物，咖啡甜食以及高鹽高油的食物盡量少吃，並且建立定時、定量、定性的良好飲食習慣，是預防勝於治療的基礎，如果有胃食道逆流的問題，也不要因為平常沒發病而輕忽，透過中醫藥調理，改善消化系統，才能有好腸胃來享受美食。
