#  味精綜合症

味精綜合症，又多稱為中國餐館綜合症(Chinese restaurant syndrome)是一個集合的症狀，是有些人當吃中餐後的經驗。在中菜處理，多下食品添加劑'稱為味精（MSG）"，但還沒有被證明這物質真的對人體有害。

#### 事源

在1968年，一系列的報告描述有些人形容吃中餐後有不適的現象。據報導，中餐館多採用味精而導致這些症狀，但隨後的許多研究都多數未能顯示出某種聯繫味精的症狀。為此，味精仍繼續用於一些飯菜中。不過，可能有些人特別敏感，食品添加劑，味精是化學性質類似在大腦中一個最重要的神經遞質，谷氨酸。
