#### 材料：

主料：山楂500克
輔料：冰糖100克(或隨個人要求用量)，甘草數片，水1.5 公升/kg

#### 製作步驟：

6. 將山楂，甘草洗淨瀝去水份備用。
7. 將山楂放入鍋中和加入適量的清水，開大火煮開轉中火，煮10分鐘下冰糖即可。
8. 關火後(不開蓋)焗 5分鐘
**貼士:** 可以一次煲多些，放入雪櫃，要時作冰凍有益飲料。

山楂的果膠含量非常高，果膠是一種摻入纖維，可促進排便。另外，山楂中富含豐富的黃酮類物質，可抗氧化，對人體很有好處。山楂其他功效能顯著降低血清高血壓和甘油三酯，有效糾正動脈硬化；能夠擴張冠狀動脈血管，增加冠脈血流量到強心和預防心絞痛的作用。
