- 材料 - (10杯份)
- 白糖 - 200克
- 樽裝礦泉水 - 175毫升
- 新西蘭Sauvignon Blanc - 375毫升(1/2瓶標準瓶)
- 鮮榨檸檬汁 - ½個份
- 新西蘭奇異果汁 - 1公升
- 有機蛋(蛋白) - 1隻

- 用慢火煮熱水及糖，直至糖完全溶化。
- 待糖水冷卻後，加入白酒及檸檬汁拌勻。放進冰格內3-4小時至開始結冰。
- 打發蛋白至企身，拌入半凝固的雪葩中。
- 把雪葩放回冰箱內急凍，然後再拌勻。重覆2至3次。然後一直冷藏，食用前才取出(冷藏一晚更佳)。
