#  白灼油菜

在水滾後，加入少許油及鹽，將菜放入略灼至軟身，加自己喜愛的調味，便可享用。

吃時可加醬油(豉油)、或蠔油、芝蔴油等調味! 不過，若有三高(血脂、血壓及膽固醇)症，便要吃清淡一點啦！

貼士：

1\) 煮皂水麵後的皂水(一般會是黃色)，用來灼油菜，出來的效果既綠且可口；

2\) 要菜色保持翠綠，千萬不要加蓋煮，否則菜很快轉黃！
