#  想要腎臟好 「三控三避」不可少

造成腎臟病的原因中，第一名是糖尿病，第二名高血壓，第三名腎絲球腎炎，而且侵襲腎臟不著痕跡，速度緩慢，難以察覺，直到發現出了狀況，已經發展至需要洗腎的階段；腎臟科醫師提醒，其實，腎臟病會有早期徵兆，並且可透過「三控三避」來顧腎。

**瞭解腎臟生病原因**

腎臟科病房張嘉峰主任表示，想要維護腎臟，首先要瞭解導致腎臟病的原因，例如糖尿病與高血壓，分別是導致腎臟病的一、二名，因此最基本就是要控制好糖尿病與高血壓，其二是要瞭解尿毒來源，因為吃進的營養無法被吸收利用，又尿不出去，反而變成身體的負擔，進而使尿毒素增加，所以在飲食上就要特別注意。

**牢記早期7徵兆**

張嘉峰指出，很多腎臟病人會詢問，腎臟不好要吃什麼才能補；其實，腎臟不要補。由於腎臟病的機轉複雜，因此，要及早加以防範，若是出現「泡、水、高、貧、倦、夜、痠」，即小便起泡、水腫、血壓高、貧血、疲倦感、夜尿及腰痠等早期徵兆，就要及早就醫。

**恪守「三控三避」**

此外，對於腎臟病高危險族群，可透過「三控三避」來顧腎；所謂「三控三避」即是控制血壓、蛋白尿、血糖，以及避免感冒、過度疲勞、傷害腎臟的藥物及檢查。張嘉峰指出，近日洗腎盛行率持續增加，往往是因為很多病人無法有效進行自我飲食管理；因此，最好是能搭配營養師共照團隊，從衛生教育與飲食著手，才能更上一層樓。

**頻尿暴食狂飲 換低蛋白飲食**

因為食物豐富，現代人普遍吃了多餘飲食，造成營養過剩，增加身體負擔，所以，張嘉峰主任建議，若是有多吃多喝多尿的情況時，就應該要瞭解腸道療法，從低蛋白飲食做起，要是不容易吃低蛋白飲食，也可補充不產生尿毒素的酮基胺基酸療法，及早介入治療，可使腎臟免於惡化。 (張嘉峰 - 恩主公醫院腎臟科病房主任)
