#  生酮飲食可抗癌？ 營養師：不鼓勵

最近有則**生酮飲食**的影片在親友間傳播，影片中陳述著是一名罹癌男子經由採用生酮飲食，竟然就痊癒了，甚至有醫師進行解說。由於生酮飲食強調不吃碳水化合物；對此，營養師並不鼓勵，而且認為，每天最好還是應該要吃碳水化合物，只是量可以低到每天只佔百分之三十。

#### 生酮飲食一天只吃百分之十碳水化合物

生酮飲食在近年來越來越受到重視，從治療癲癇、糖尿病到減肥，甚至也成為抗癌飲食。醫院營養師蔡玲貞表示，生酮飲食主要是食用高脂肪與蛋白質，但是醣類很低，一般人一天吃醣類碳水化合物要佔百分之五十至六十，但是生酮飲食則是只有百分之十。

#### 研究發現：癌細胞喜歡吃糖

蔡玲貞指出，會採用生酮飲食來抗癌，主要還是因為有研究顯示，以MRI攝影發現癌細胞會集中在有糖的地方；也就是說，癌細胞是喜歡吃糖，有此發現後，因此有學者認為，抗癌可以利用生酮飲食做為平常的飲食。不過，也有文獻持相反意見，因為好的細胞仍然需要營養，如果只是低糖飲食，相對會有副作用，例如心臟病等。

#### 碳水化合物一天不要低於百分之三十

對於目前已有生酮飲食法來治療癌症，蔡玲貞認為，人體所需營養是百分之百，如果醣類減少，相對蛋白質與脂肪勢必會提高，要採用生酮飲食法，還是要有醣類，即使沒有百分之五十，但是也應該要有百分之三十；也就是碳水化合物不要低於百分之三十，以免營養均衡度不夠。

#### 畢竟只是個案 尚無足夠證據支持其有效性

蔡玲貞營養師強調，因為醣類包括蔬果與全穀根莖類，而這些食物對健康也很重要；由於生酮飲食法會吃很多蛋白質，若是只吃植物性蛋白質，那油脂又要從何處而來？這都會有營養不均衡的問題，對於健康並不好；而且目前尚無足夠的證據去支持其有效性，所以並不鼓勵採用生酮飲食來抗癌，因為畢竟只是個案。 (蔡玲貞 - 彰化基督教醫院營養師)
