1. 牛肉切片，放入醃料拌勻，待用。
2. 熱鑊下適量油，將牛肉泡油，瀝乾油待用。
3. 芥蘭洗淨，用油鹽水將芥蘭出水約2分鐘，使芥蘭1/3 熟，瀝乾水待用。
4. 熱鑊將薑片、芥蘭及調味料炒香, 約一分鐘, 加入牛肉片同炒拌均勻，勾茨後即可上碟供食。
