### 做法

1. 臘 腸 大 火 蒸 熟 後 切 片 ； 臘 腸 油 備 用 。
2. 撕 去 荷 蘭 豆 的 硬 邊 。 香 芹 菜 洗 淨 ， 不 要 菜 葉 ， 只 留 下 莖 。
3. 用 二 湯 匙 臘 腸 油 爆 香 薑 片 和 香 芹 。 下 鹽 ， 下 荷 蘭 豆 ， 把 荷 蘭 豆 炒 至 翠 綠 ， 贊 酒 加 入 蠔 油 ， 最 後 下 臘 腸 炒 勻 即 可 上 碟 。
