### 做法

1. 鮮 魷 去 頭 、 去 紫 膜 ， 切 長 條 狀 ， 用 滾 水 灼 至 剛 熟 ， 瀝 乾 。
2. 絲 青 瓜 去 皮 ， 洗 淨 切 大 塊 。
3. 燒 熱 油 ， 下 鮮 魷 及 絲 瓜 拌 勻 ， 加 入 混 勻 的 醬 汁 料 ， 炒 勻 即 上 碟 。
