#  保護心血管有撇步 地中海飲食健康吃

心臟病、心肌梗塞與腦中風，這三種要命的疾病，都是因為心血管阻塞或是出血而引起，而要預防心血管疾病，飲食扮演很重要的角色；營養師建議，想要保護心血管，即應該要以地中海飲食方式來養生，多吃蔬菜少肉食。

**十大死因 心臟病排名第二**

城市人十大死因中，排名第二就是心臟病，第三名是腦中風，第四名糖尿病以及第八名高血壓，都是和心血管相關的疾病；甚至有研究顯示，亞洲人更容易罹患心臟病。林素貞營養師, 台北中山醫院營養組組長表示，亞洲發生心臟病的前三名國家分別就是印度、中國與台灣。

**動物性食物吃太多**

林素貞指出，心臟病人增加和動物性食物吃太多有關，由於中國大陸自從改革開放後，食物來源不虞潰乏，這也就說明為何會使得心臟病的比例上升的原因；台灣也不遑多讓，所吃的飲食中，肉食比例都過多。

**植物性食物應佔多數**

所以，想要保護心血管，就要植物性食物佔多數；林素貞組長強調，這是很重要的大原則，對身體健康才有幫助，國民營養建議指南裡就有建議要多蔬少肉，尤其是三高病人，更是應該要從飲食做起，才能減少心血管疾病的發生。

**大量蔬菜+不飽和脂肪**

高血壓病人有所謂得舒飲食法，糖尿病人有低GI飲食法，林素貞建議，心血管病人應該要吃地中海飲食，也就是要吃大量的蔬菜以及不飽和脂肪，不飽和脂肪應以堅果、橄欖油與深海魚類為主。
