- 雲耳 50克
- 勝瓜(絲瓜) 2隻
- 鮮百合 100克
- 洋蔥 1隻
- 蒜頭 2 粒

- 鹽 半 茶匙
- 麻油 1 茶匙
- 紹酒 1 湯匙
- 生粉水 適量

1. 雲耳用清水浸泡約一小時，備用
2. 切去勝瓜的突起的硬邊，略去皮，斜切成塊狀，備用
3. 將鮮百合的花瓣摘下，用鹽水略浸一會備用
4. 蒜頭去皮，拍扁備用
5. 洋蔥去皮，切角備用
6. 燒熱一鍋熱水，下雲耳、鮮百合、勝瓜、飛水，撈起瀝淨水分備用
7. 燒熱油鑊，下蒜頭、洋蔥起鑊，下所有材料快炒
8. 加鹽、贊酒拌勻，下麻油調味，用生粉水埋坎即可

- 勝瓜利咽喉，清音，解渴，利大小便。絲瓜可用作食療，既可口，又有益。可用來煮、炒、蒸以及做湯羹。
- 勝瓜是夏天去暑的好食材，去皮時，要保留下少許，否則煮起來會很容易爛
- 購買勝瓜，要揀軟身的，拿起勝瓜的一端，稍微上下搖動，感到瓜身柔軟且有彈性，切開時，瓜肉沒有硬種子，即是幼嫩。
