- 唐生菜 半斤
- 蒜頭 2 粒
- 辣椒 1-2 隻

- 鹽 半 茶匙
- 紹酒 1 湯匙
- 豆版醬 1 湯匙

1. 唐生菜清洗乾淨，瀝乾所有水份，盛起備用
2. 辣椒切絲備用
3. 蒜頭去皮，拍扁備用
4. 燒熱砂鍋加油，下蒜頭、辣椒絲及豆版醬爆香
5. 放入生菜抄勻，沿鍋邊倒入米酒，加鹽調味及拌勻
6. 蓋上鍋蓋，關火，焗一分鐘即可
