1. 南瓜洗淨，去囊和籽，切件備用
2. 蕃茄洗淨，切件備用
3. 紅蘿蔔洗淨，去皮，切件備用
4. 牛展洗淨，飛水，去掉血腥味，切成片狀，盛起備用
5. 煲滾約 2 公升水，加入所有材料 ( 如想食用蕃茄和南瓜,可在最後半小時才落入湯中)
6. 大滾10分鐘後，轉慢火煲約1.5小時即可

貼士：煲湯後的牛展及蕃茄, 可用生抽加芝麻油點吃, 非常美味!
