- 唐生菜 半斤
- 腐乳 2磚
- 紅辣椒 2隻
- 蒜頭 2粒

- 糖 半茶匙

1. 唐生菜撕開成小塊，浸洗乾淨備用
2. 紅辣椒切絲
3. 蒜頭去皮，拍扁
4. 腐乳搓爛成醬狀
5. 燒熱油鑊，下油，蒜頭起鑊，倒入腐乳爆香
6. 加入唐生菜炒勻，加糖調味
7. 最後加入紅椒絲，炒勻即可上碟
