#  大腸癌術前術後這樣吃 「腸」保健康

大腸癌近年在亞洲連續數年蟬連十大癌症第一名，其中有三分之一的患者是「吃」出來的！腫瘤中心營養師凃宜辰建議平時少吃油膩、多攝取纖維質。若是已檢查出罹患大腸癌，在治療前後可以遵守不同的飲食原則，保養照顧腸道，「腸」保健康！

**術前8~10小時完全禁食**

大腸癌手術前，開始清腸，以降低感染機會，約術前1星期開始攝取低渣飲食，例如白米、青菜、葉菜、瓜類；手術前3天，就需以果汁機將食物絞碎後再進食；術前2天起，需開始禁食，建議喝米湯、無渣果汁、運動飲料等；手術前8∼10小時，則完全禁食。

**術前後2天食用清流質飲食**

手術前後2天，建議食用「清流質」飲食，凃宜辰表示，這類飲食完全無渣、不產氣、不刺激腸胃蠕動，以供應水份為主。例如米湯、清果汁、運動飲料、糖水、稀藕粉等。但要注意清流質飲食不可持續超過48小時（2天）以上，以免營養不足。

**術後2天吃低渣飲食**

凃宜辰營養師建議，手術二天之後，可以開始吃低渣飲食，如白米、白饅頭、白土司等，或是吃稀飯加菜葉、蒸蛋，但不要吃煎蛋、滷蛋等較難消化的蛋類，豆類可選擇豆腐、豆花、豆漿。水果可選擇軟質的木瓜、香蕉、蘋果、西瓜、葡萄、蓮霧；術後1個月，可以開始吃營養品，但術後3個月內，都不要喝牛奶，以免腸胃不適造成腹瀉。

**治療期攝取較多熱量與蛋白質**

手術後治療期，開始接受化療、放療，需要較高的蛋白質、卡路里，比一般人多攝取200∼500大卡的熱量，若是營養不夠，造成體重下降，抵抗力不足等問題，影響治療進行，因此，凃宜辰建議，若是食欲不佳，可以營養品補充，採少量多餐，於三餐間加上點心，並可以麩醯胺酸協助修補腸黏膜。

**恢復期高纖飲食保持體重**

在手術後的恢復、追蹤期，改採高纖飲食，多攝取未精製的五穀類、新鮮蔬菜、水果，少食醃漬、煙燻、油炸、油酥，採清蒸、清燉、水煮、滷。減少高油、鹽、糖食品，多喝水（2000cc），以防便祕。此外，為預防疾病復發，凃宜辰營養師建議保持體重，避免抽菸、酒精類、咖啡因、刺激性食物，每週3天以上運動，同時定期篩檢，才能「腸」保健康！
