#  解決手腳冰冷問題 食補運動有效舒緩

如你也有手腳冰冷的現象，要小心是身體出現病症的警訊；開業中醫診所主治醫師吳佳玟指出，像是血管硬化、糖尿病以及類風濕性關節病等都可能出現手腳冰冷現象，尤其老年人或中風患者，因活動量少，心臟功能不佳等，都可能造成血液循環不良。

**透過溫補藥膳 改善手腳冰冷**

以傳統中醫而言，小孩若出現手腳冰冷現象，屬於氣虛體質，女性則屬於血虛，至於老年人則屬於偏陽虛或腎虛；吳佳玟說，想要改善手腳冰冷現象，可吃麻油雞、薑母鴨等溫補藥膳，或飲用紅糖薑茶、桂圓紅棗等，有助於舒緩現象，不過要注意，因薑屬於溫散辛燥，像是眼睛乾澀者就必須適量食用，以免造成反效果。

**保暖頭部和脖子 減少身體熱能散出**

另外像是桂圓、紅棗本身較甜，容易會有消化不良和脹氣問題，應適量食用，雖吃補能讓身體暖和，但有些人吃補後反而出現便秘、流鼻血等現象，就代表屬於外冷內熱體質，這時就應停止溫補；吳佳玟說，穿著上則可戴帽子或圍圍巾，因身體熱能容易從頭和脖子散出，保暖這兩個部位，就能降低熱能散出機率。

若時常感到無法放鬆，或胸悶，甚至睡眠品質不佳，都可能是氣鬱體質的特徵，這時不應一昧溫補，最好的方式則是多運動，讓身體活動起來，才能有效改善問題；吳佳玟呼籲，若仍無法改善問題，可諮詢專業醫師協助，確認體質，對症下藥，才能真正達到養生效果。
