- 扇貝 5隻/ 數人數，每人一隻
- 大蒜 6粒
- 粉絲 50克
- 香蔥 一棵/適量

- 芝麻油 少量

1. 扇貝開蓋洗乾淨及去除不吃的器官。
2. 粉絲用溫水泡軟備用；粉絲加生抽(或蒸魚豉油)，混抓一下(視個人口味)。
3. 把3粒蒜放進鍋中炬至金黃，起鍋， 連同另3粒蒜剁成蒜蓉。
4. 將粉絲及鴛鴦蒜粒放在每一隻扇貝上。
5. 蒸鍋水開滾開後，大火蒸5-8分鐘，取用撒上蔥花、加芝麻油各醬油即可食用。
