- 上湯 適量
- 蠔仔 半斤
- 免治豬肉 150克
- 蔥花 少許
- 粉絲 1包

醃料：

- 鹽 1/4茶匙
- 糖 1/4茶匙
- 油 1茶匙
- 胡椒粉 少許
- 麻油 少許

調味料：

- 魚露 適量
- 胡椒粉 適量

1. 用粟粉擦勻蠔仔，備用。
2. 碎豬肉加醃料拌勻，醃10分鐘 。
3. 鍋中注入適量上湯，煮滾後放入粉絲及豬肉。

4. 加入蠔仔煮至熟。
5. 加入調味料拌勻，撒上蔥花即成。

- 蠔仔的處理方法非常簡單，買回家後，於晾乾水的狀態下，用粟粉拌勻，再過水，如是都重覆洗它三次就非常乾淨了。
