- 新奇士®橙 3個
- 新奇士®西柚 ½ 個
- 新奇士®檸檬汁 5毫升
- 阿拉斯加蟹腳肉 100克
- 澳洲帶子 5粒
- 車厘茄 10個
- 牛油果 1個
- 洋蔥 ¼ 個
- 沙律醬 適量

1. 用淡鹽水將蟹腳肉略烚2分鐘，取出放冰水內，榨乾水份，拌以新奇士®檸檬汁及沙律醬。
2. 將車厘茄、牛油果切粗粒。洋蔥切幼粒。
3. 把新奇士®西柚及1個新奇士®橙起肉，切粒。
4. 把其餘2個新奇士®橙榨汁，加入少許香草，以慢火煮至約15毫升，離火待冷。備用。
5. 將車厘茄粒、牛油果粒、洋蔥粒、西柚肉粒、橙肉粒、混入蟹肉沙律內，放入圓模並壓實。
6. 取走圓模，放在碟上。
7. 帶子加鹽調味，煎香。放在蟹肉沙律上。
8. 最後將橙汁，淋在帶子及蟹肉沙律上，並淋少許在碟上。
9. 再以少許橙或檸檬皮絲作裝飾，即可食用。
