 生 抽 1 茶 匙
 糖 1 / 2 茶 匙
 生 粉 1 茶 匙
 胡 椒 粉 少 許

### 獻汁份量

 蠔 油 2 湯 匙
 生 抽 1 湯 匙
 冰 糖 1 粒
 胡 椒 粉 少 許
 生 粉 1 茶 匙
 水 2 杯

 ### 做法

1. 海 參 洗 淨 ， 燒 熱 半 鍋 水 加 入 薑 、 蔥 及 酒 ， 放 入 海 參 滾 片 刻 ， 取 出 海 參 及 切 段 備 用 。
2. 洗 淨 鵝 掌 翼 ， 將 鵝 翼 斬 開 ， 用 調 味 料 把 它 們 醃 約 30 分 鐘 。
3. 冬 菇 洗 淨 泡 軟 。
4. 鑊 放 2 湯 匙 油 ， 爆 香 蒜 蓉 、 冬 菇 及 鵝 掌 翼 ， 加 入 海 參 及 獻 汁 ， 慢 火 煮 至 汁 濃 ， 拌 勻 即 可 上 碟 。
