#  清蒸"蟹"

### 調味

 醬 油 1/2 茶 匙

 醋 1 茶 匙

 糖 1 茶 匙

### 做法

1. 青 蟹 洗 淨 後 打 開 去 腮 部 及 口 部 。
2. 鍋 中 水 開 後 ， 青 蟹 放 入 蒸 籠 蒸 約 8 ～ 10 分 鐘 。
3. 將 薑 、 醬 油 、 醋 、 糖 一 起 拌 勻 即 成 沾 料 ， 可 以 沾 螃 蟹 吃 。
