#  當歸黃耆虱目魚

  | ### 材 料    當 歸 1 片   黃 耆 20 片   枸 杞 少 許   虱 目 魚 頭 2 個   水 1 杯 | ### 調 味 料    酒 2 大 匙   鹽 少 許 |

1. 將 虱 目 魚 洗 淨 ， 排 在 盤 中 。
2. 加 入 其 他 材 料 ， 加 水 淹 過 材 料 ， 再 放 入 電 子 鍋 燉 約 15 分 鐘 。

 將 中 藥 先 以 2 杯 水 熬 煮 1 0 分 鐘 使 其 出 味 ， 把 虱 目 魚 放 入 湯 汁 中 煮 15 分 鐘 即 可 。
