#  小心過年陷阱 遠離過年發胖

迎接春節最開心就是能夠在家好好放鬆，不過今年5至九天長假，不免得大魚大肉，加上各式各樣的零嘴，小心想要不胖都很難，根據最新調查顯示，在過年期間，超過三成民眾平均都會發胖1.7公斤，其實要避免肥胖找上門，除了少吃多動外，可把握幾個小撇步，遠離過年肥慘劇。

**減少囤積零食 謝絕垃圾食物誘惑**

過年期間最容易採買大量零嘴和飲料，尤其放假在家看電視或打麻將時，很可能就來上一包，不小心就攝取過多熱量；許惠玉, 董氏基金會主任建議，其實不管大賣場或超商營業時間都很長，真的有需要再去購買，避免一次囤積太多零食飲料，就不會放在家裡忍不住垃圾食物的誘惑。

**晚睡容易大吃 埋下肥胖因子**

根據美國研究顯示，晚睡的人會比正常時間睡覺的人每天多攝取248卡，長期下來恐怕累積肥胖；主任許惠玉說，因此若過年假期常常玩到通霄，很容易因睡眠時間太少，促使體內的瘦體素降低，這時無法控制腦部提醒停止進食，就會讓人特別想吃高熱量食物，尤其也應避免邊看電視邊吃零食，恐怕會因太專注電視畫面，一忘神反而吃下更多熱量。

另外，看電視時若想吃點東西，可用小盤子裝即可，且應減少收看美食節目，降低吃美食的慾望，若真的嘴饞想吃點東西，可以先喝杯水，或做點別的事轉移注意力；許惠玉提醒，美食當前總是很難拒絕，但不要安慰自己等明天再說，因為等到休假後反而越吃越多，屆時恐得花更大力氣運動減肥，更傷身體。
