#  水梨橘子加熱 有助舒緩咳嗽問題

天氣忽冷忽熱，一不小心就感冒，狂咳還可能影響日常生活；中國醫藥大學北港附設醫院中醫師楊淑媚指出，這時可利用飲食小技巧，幫助達到止咳效果，像是將橘子、梨子等加熱後食用，除了能有效止咳，還能發揮其他功效。

**部分水果加熱轉屬性 適合感冒食用**

其實某些水果屬於寒性，尤其在天氣冷或感冒時不宜食用，但這時只要加熱，就可以轉為溫熱性；楊淑媚說，包括梨子、橘子以及金桔加熱後，就能用於治療感冒，但仍必須確定患者病症和體質再給食用，才能發揮最佳療效。

**烤橘子避免高於50度 才能守住營養**

像是橘子烤熱後，就是中藥的陳皮，搭配熱水和薑片，就能治療感冒，尤其裏頭果肉要連著白色纖維一起吃下，可幫助止咳化痰，但記得烤橘子應避免高於50度，才能確保維生素C不流失，萬一沒有橘子，也可拿金桔取代，同樣有相同效果。

不過若是屬於久咳不癒或乾咳的患者，則可選擇食用冰糖燉梨，有助於滋陰潤肺，是秋冬很好的保健食材；楊淑媚呼籲，像是香蕉或鳳梨等，因含有多種的維生素等營養，加上耐熱度高，也相當適合加熱來吃。
