- 糯米 1斤 (預早浸約4小時，隔水用乾毛巾完全抹乾備用)
- 白米 少量 (可混入少量白米，吃時不會太膩）
- 臘肉 4兩 (切粒)
- 臘腸 4條 (切粒)
- 冬菇 5隻 (浸軟切粒)
- 蛋 1隻 (炒蛋後切成蛋絲)
